Presenter Bios:
Julie Masters, PhD is a professor of gerontology at UNO. She holds the distinguished Terry Haney Chair of Gerontology. Julie engages in research related to caregiving, end-of-life planning, older adults and their sense of meaning, and the role of gerontology and geriatric programming in the US.
Jina Ragland is the Associate State Director of Advocacy and Outreach for AARP NE. Jina oversees the advocacy agenda for the Nebraska state office and works closely with state and federal elected officials to promote, pass and enhance laws that assist Nebraskans 50 and older and their families
