We heartfully invite you to join us for this FREE yoga session followed by a guided relaxation and meditation to celebrate International Peace Day in Montreal ♡
*For this event, there is a special theme of WHITE, which represents PEACE.
Thus, we are suggesting you to dress in white for this unique event.
Nourish your mind, your body & your soul.
The session will be conducted in the beautiful nature of Mont-Royal Park.
Date? Saturday, September 21st, 2024
Time? 10:00am to 11:45am EDT
Meeting Point? Café des amis - Pavillon on Mont-Royal
From the meeting point, you will be guided to a nearby spot in the park.
Please bring your yoga mat (along with any props you wish to use), a water bottle, and wear comfortable warm clothes.
The yoga style shall be slow & gentle.
Open to all levels.
