We are thrilled to announce that we are back for yoga and cleanup with SeaKeepers International and Morningside Watersports!
Join us SUNDAY JANUARY 23 to nourish ourselves with a great yoga class. Cleanup commences after the class.
Yoga will be led by EuGene Gant. EuGene has been serving the community with practical yogic teachings that encourage a conscious lifestyle ~ healthy body, clear mind. EuGene combines Shakti Naam Yoga therapies, tantric breathing techniques, and meditation, fused with empowering mantras, and plenty of laughter.
Volunteers can rent kayaks at a discounted rate in order to pick up the trash that has gathered on the smaller islands.
We will provide trash bags and gloves. All you have to bring is sunscreen, reusable water bottle, and hats/glasses!
If you have signed up here you are all good for the YOGA!
