Join us for a three-session workshop series designed to guide beginners through the fundamentals of e-commerce and selling on Amazon. This workshop series will be presented in English and Arabic.
Session #1 - December 19, 2024, 5:30pm PT: You will learn the basics of e-commerce, how to create a seller account, and how to choose the right product by analyzing the market and competition. You'll also learn how to calculate costs and profit margins.
Session #2 - January 9, 2025, 5:30pm PT: We'll dive into preparing your product listing, writing effective descriptions, optimizing with SEO, and creating professional images. We'll also cover order and shipping management, including self-shipping (FBM) vs. Amazon's FBA program, and marketing strategies using Amazon advertising to boost sales.
Session #3 - January 16, 2025, 5:30pm PT: This session will focus on customer service, managing reviews, and using feedback to improve your offerings. Learn how to respond to customer inquiries effectively and use performance analysis tools to track and refine your strategy.
Whether you're new to e-commerce or looking to grow your Amazon business, this workshop will provide the tools and insights you need to succeed.
