Art is a very powerful medium that can be very helpful in increasing your self-esteem, self-awareness, decreasing anxiety and improved well-being. Join us in this session where we explore collaging to experience some relaxation and fun.
Materials you will need (provided if you attend in-person):
- Cardstock paper or any heavy cardboard base,
- Old magazines, newspapers,
- Glue,
- Colour pencils/markers,
- Scissors.
