Are you wanting to shake that booty but you don’t know where to begin? Join us for a beginner/all levels twerk class to learn how to isolate those cheeks, shake, jiggle and twerk DAT booty.

Left cheek right cheek squeeze repeat! Absolutely zero experience needed to take my class you will learn. It doesn’t matter how big or small your booty is. All booties matter. All booties will work in this class. Twerking takes a lot of practice, but the journey is so fun. Shaking your butt releases the stress in your hips and stress in your body, but also makes you feel sexy while having fun and getting a really good workout. What do I need for the class? Knee pads, tennis shoes, shorts that let the booty have some jiggle or loose sweatpants, a loose fabric wrap and an open mind. Tight biker shorts that are longer are not going to let the booty jiggle as much might be a bit restrictive. Honestly wear what you feel comfortable, but those are my recommendations.
