Come learn about Washington State's Bond program; Helping those who qualify with down payment assistance towards a home!
Washington State offers an amazing down payment assistance program to those who are wanting to a home, offering up to 3.5% of the purchase price towards their down payment. This IS a loan and does require payback in full (more details talked about in class) but not until you sell or refinance, and it does not accrue interest!
This loan does require that this class be taken and completed in full in order to qualify. A certificate, good for up to 2yrs, will be issued upon completion. Each individual purchasing the home must take and complete the class. Please consult your current Mortgage Lender or Real Estate Agent should you have any questions on if this class is right for you.
Aside from fulfilling a loan requirement, this course will talk about the different loan programs out there for you (news flash, depending on your specific financial situation, there may be a more beneficial loan program for you!) as well as walk you through the home buying process and all who are involved.
Already have a Mortgage Lender and Real Estate agent? No worries, this class is not intended for obtaining business, just promoting education and fulfilling a loan requirement!
