About this Event
The Conscious Man isn’t defined by status, dominance, or performance. He’s defined by awareness, responsibility, and choice.
Today, men are rewarded for looking confident while hiding fear, doubt, and insecurity. This workshop exposes the masks men wear both the “good” ones (overworking, people-pleasing) and the “bad” ones (withdrawal, anger) and the cost of wearing them. Through breath, reflection, and honest conversation, men will identify their patterns and learn how to choose how they show up, without performing for approval.
What to Expect:
- Grounding breathwork to regulate the nervous system and drop out of performance
- Guided reflection to identify personal masks, insecurities, and patterns
- Honest, structured dialogue with other men (no fixing, no posturing)
- Practical tools for choosing aligned action under pressure
- Clear take-home practices for integration into daily life
Who This Is For:
- Men who feel and want success on the outside but disconnected on the inside.
- Men tired of performing versions of masculinity that don’t feel true.
- Men ready to take responsibility for how they show up in relationships, work, and life.
This workshop is facilitated by Mitchel Johnston, a certified Reiki practitioner and relationship coach. His work supports men in reconnecting with themselves so they can show up with greater presence, responsibility, and integrity in their relationships and lives.
Having walked his own path from disconnection to presence, Mitchel holds space with depth and steadiness, guiding men to meet themselves honestly and choose how they show up, without masks.
