About this Event
Join Chef Fabi for a fun evening in the kitchen cooking a beautiful Moroccan meal with Braised Saffron Chicken, Moroccan Salad and Moroccan Spiced Rice! Learn all about the spices and traditions of this culture while learning simple techiniques to make this meal at home for your family and friends.
What to expect:
Class will include all instruction, tools, recipes and ingredients.
There will be some demo, and lots of time for hands-on cooking.
Sampling the meal at the end of class or taking home leftovers. Be sure to bring tupperware!
This class is dairy and gluten free.
This class will contain chicken.

Chef Fabi has been teaching cooking classes for over 14 years in the Portland area. She attended culinary school 15 years ago and has worked in many kitchens since but found her love of being a cooking instructor along the way. Chef Fabi was born in Mexico to a Mexican and Spanish family and learned how to cook from her Mama, Fabiola. She now shares her families recipes in all of her cooking classes with you!
