Experience a grounding, beginner-friendly Vin/Yin yoga class blending gentle Vinyasa movement with calming Yin-style deep stretching. This practice is designed to help you reduce stress, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body through breath, flow, and stillness.
You’ll begin with a slow, accessible Vinyasa flow to warm the body, release tension, and build functional strength. Then, you’ll transition into longer-held Yin stretches supported by props to target fascia, improve flexibility, and support nervous system regulation.
