Free Tennis Sessions for Children (Ages 8–14) – Spa Fields
About the Event
Join us for six weeks of free beginner‑friendly tennis sessions for children aged 8–14 years at Spa Fields. These engaging group sessions are delivered by two qualified tennis coaches and are perfect for young people who want to learn and build confidence on the court.
Dates: Every Wednesday, starting from 4 March – 8 April
Time: 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Location: Spa Fields, Northamtpon Road, Clerkenwell, EC1R 0DF (Meet us in the ball court)
Organiser: Islington Council Parks Service
In collaboration with: Islington Tennis Centre
What to Expect
- Beginner‑friendly coaching in a fun, supportive environment
- Led by two qualified tennis coaches
- Group activities that focus on skills, coordination, and confidence
Important Information
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Please wear suitable sports footwear and comfortable clothing.
- Bring a bottle of water.

This is a free but ticketed event to help us manage group size and ensure sessions are run safely.
Please book a ticket in advance and show your ticket on arrival.
If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket as soon as possible so another child can take part.
