In this free event with Marisa Toriggino, you will explore the fascinating concepts of the five elements - earth, water, fire, air, and ether - as well as the three fundamental energies or doshas known as Vāta, Pitta, and Kapha, and their crucial role in Ayurvedic Medicine. Each individual possesses a unique blend of these doshas, forming their distinct "constitution." When we understand our innate nature we have a better opportunity to organize our diet, routines, self-care practices, and work in a way that restores balance in our lives.
During this talk, you will delve into the significance of maintaining dosha balance through mindful choices in diet, lifestyle, herbs, and daily routines. As a special feature, every participant will receive an Ayurveda Physical Assessment to determine their predominant dosha. To enhance the Ayurveda experience, refreshments inspired by Ayurvedic principles will be served. We can’t wait to see you there!
