DOUBLE CONFIRMATION:
Please note that FREE programs at Vizcaya require double confirmation. This means you’ll receive an email the week of the event asking you to confirm that you can still attend. All you need to do to confirm your participation is reply to the email within 48 hours.
Any reservations left unconfirmed will be canceled and released to the public. This practice is put in place to ensure that free spots are not left unused and anyone who can participate is able to do so. We thank you for your cooperation and look forward to seeing you soon!

Repeated no-shows for this program may be banned from reserving free tickets in the future.
WHAT TO BRING:
To prepare for class, please be prepared to bring a reusable water bottle, yoga mat, bug spray, sunscreen, and a small hand towel. These items are not available to borrow or purchase on-site. There will be water fountains and refill stations throughout the property.

About the studio
Isabella Mesquita is the founder of Somah, a community space for movement, connection and exploration. Her classes blend yoga, breathwork, mobility, aromatherapy, and somatic practices to support people in feeling more open and connected to themselves. Isabella teaches with warmth, creativity, and compassion, inviting people of all backgrounds to move with curiosity and care. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels supported and free to explore at their own pace.
