Start your morning with a signature flow class that blends movement, breath, and the kind of energy that carries you through the day. All levels welcome.

Bring friends and your mat, or rent one on site ($5). You can also purchase a mat through Cafe Namaste.

Free valet is available, or you can use street parking nearby.
