This weekly Strength Training Class is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to build muscle, improve strength, and boost overall fitness.
Through a series of guided exercises you will enhance muscle endurance, functional strength, and confidence in their physical abilities.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter, this class provides a well-rounded approach to strength development by targeting all major muscle groups using a variety of resistance equipment and bodyweight exercises.

TaskForce Prevention and Community Services is a multi-service, grassroots organization committed to improving the sexual health and overall well-being of LGBTQ+ youth of Color in Chicago by providing a safe space for fellowship, HIV/STI screening and education, and on-site referrals to medical, housing, and other social services.
