Free Soul Coffee Club: 30th June

In celebration of Wake, our brand new Mushroom Coffee launch, we're launching our all new event series: Free Soul Coffee Club.

The coolest club in wellness, and a chance to join the Free Soul community, meet likeminded women and prioritise both your body and mind, hosted by our team and special guests.

What to expect:

A morning full of wellness activities including, an interactive workshop with Cassia Tierney discussing nature therapy, stress reduction and trail running, finishing with a Q&A and our iconic wellness walk.

You'll be amongst some of the first people to sample our delicious Free Soul Wake, receiving a complementary Iced Mushroom Latte and lots more Free Soul goodies.

7:50am: Meet at NueGround for your morning Mushroom Coffee
(PLEASE ARRIVE BEFORE 8AM SO YOU DON'T MISS THE START OF THE TALK)
8:00am: Workshop with Cassia Tierney
8:30am: Free Soul Welcome (Intentions and goal setting)
8:40am: Wellness Walk with the Free Soul team
9:30am: Goodbyes and goodie bags
