Walking Football – A modified version of football where running is replaced with walking, making it a safe, social, and enjoyable way to stay active and improve fitness
Pilates – A gentle, low-impact session focusing on core strength, posture, flexibility, and balance
Both activities will run at the same time, with two session times available for each, so you can select the session that best suits you.
