This welcoming event is designed especially for seniors of all abilities and experience levels. Whether you’d like to enjoy the social, low-impact fun of walking football or focus on strength, balance, and flexibility with Pilates, there’s something for everyone.
✨ Choose Your Activity
Walking Football – A modified version of football where running is replaced with walking, making it a safe, social, and enjoyable way to stay active and improve fitness
Pilates – A gentle, low-impact session focusing on core strength, posture, flexibility, and balance
Both activities will run at the same time, with two session times available for each, so you can select the session that best suits you.
🕒 Session Times
Session 1: 9:30am – 10:15am
Session 2: 10:30am – 11:15am
👟 What to Bring
Comfortable clothing suitable for gentle physical activity
Supportive footwear
A water bottle
A positive attitude and willingness to give it a go!
📝 Registration Information
Registration is required and spaces are limited
All participants must complete a waiver at registration
This is a relaxed, social, and supportive environment—perfect if you’re trying something new or getting back into activity at your own pace.
