Tennis – Enjoy a friendly, beginner-friendly session focusing on movement, coordination, and fun

Yoga – A gentle, low-impact session focusing on flexibility, balance, relaxation, and overall wellbeing

Both activities will run at the same time, with two session times available for each, so you can select the session that best suits you.

Session 1: 9:30am – 10:15am

Session 2: 10:30am – 11:15am
