Attention Seniors!
Join Heart Comonos every Monday and Wednesday morning for our FREE senior's fitness classes, suitable for those aged 55+.
These classes are perfect for seniors who are looking to get out of the house, move their body and maybe even make some new friends.
On Wednesday morning classes you can expect a variety of different class styles including:
- Dance Fitness
- Chair Yoga Flow
- Weight Training
- Dexterity & Mobility
- Heart Healthy Fitness
- Fall Prevention Strenghtening
- and more!
After class on the last Monday of each month, we also host a potluck!
All classes in this series are beginner- friendly. Any equipment that is needed will be provided. Come as you are - all abilities welcome!
Please arrive 15 minutes early for each class as all classes will begin on time.
