Free Self-Defense Class – Maryland Systema for Adults (Silver Spring)

Most self-defense programs focus only on physical skills.
Systema takes an integrated approach, combining:

• Structure – staying balanced and stable under pressure
• Breathing – managing stress and controlling fear
• Relaxation – avoiding panic and wasted movement
• Movement – adapting naturally to any situation

You’ll also train your mindset, learning to understand both your own reactions and an attacker’s intentions.
