PSBL and Modern Arnis Martial Arts & Self Defence have teamed up to offer a series of FREE weekday and weekend classes to women 18+ with childcare provisions and girls 11+
Our self-defense classes which are female only are designed to teach the women and girls in our community to defend themselves in a safe environment. The sessions will focus on de-escalation techniques as well as active self-defence and most importantly confidence building.
Classes will be running across January to March 2023
