Discover a simple and powerful path to inner peace with this Sahaja Yoga meditation class.
This unique practice, founded in 1970 by HH Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, focuses on awakening the Kundalini energy within to achieve a state of 'thoughtless awareness'. She spent the rest of her life traveling the world to share the life-changing experience of 'Self Realization' - the act of awakening the Kundalini energy. Her lectures and classes were always entirely free of charge, insisting that one cannot pay for something which is a birthright. Sahaja Yoga classes can be found in more than 95 countries around the world, always free.
Open to everyone regardless of experience or background, the session is guided by experienced volunteers who will help you explore self-realization, improve focus, and build emotional balance.
Held every Wednesday (except public Holidays) at 7:30 PM at McGregor Park Community Centre, this welcoming and completely free event invites you to relax, reconnect, and deepen your understanding of yourself. Just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.
