Modern Pranic Healing was conceptualised, systematised, and developed in 1987 by Master Choa Kok Sui. Pregnant women, People with heart ailments, high blood pressure, or glaucoma are not advised to do the meditation, but are most welcome to join the Pranic Healing sessions.
