Hi! I'm Amber and welcome to BarrePop! a 40 minute pop-up barre fitness class & community that Gives Back! Come with an Open Heart, Ready to Sweat and Pull out the Strength already inside you.

WILL I SWEAT?
Yup! We combine those lil moves that are so unique to barre fitness w/larger range and dynamic moves to increase your heart rate which can help you break a sweat.
DO I NEED EXPERIENCE?
Nope! If you've taken all the barre classes, you are welcome! If you haven't worked out in a minute, you are welcome!
BUT, WE DON'T USE A BARRE?
Nope! We use your muscles to strengthen and stabilize your body all while improving your balance.
WHAT ABOUT THE MUSIC?
Hip Hop and R&B! You'll hear some 2000s, 2010s, a few current & we always finish with a Gospel/Worship song🙏🏾
HOW DO WE GIVE BACK?
Bring non-perishable food with you to class and we'll donate to a local charity!
