OpenMat Pilates is a social enterprise on a mission:

To make high quality Pilates accessible to everyone, no matter your income, background, or fitness level.

Whether you’re a total beginner or coming back to exercise after a break.

🧘‍♀️ What to expect:

• A 45-minute mat Pilates class led by a fully qualified instructor
• Exercises tailored to improve posture, mobility, and core strength
• A supportive, non-judgemental atmosphere.
• No fancy gear needed, just bring a mat (if you have one) and comfortable clothes.
  Please note: this is a pop-up space with with some limitations, stair access only.
  BYO mat and water.
  The studio isn’t wheelchair accessible.
