About this Event
This is a FREE, all-level, beginner-friendly yoga class (no experience needed) in one of Raleigh’s most beautiful garden settings.
We’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and leave you feeling lighter, steadier, and more you.
Expect:
• gentle, grounding movement + lots of options
• a little stretch, a little strength, a lot of fresh air
• zero pressure, zero “perfect yoga” vibes
Bring a mat (or towel), water, and whatever layers you like. Come as you are — and let the blooming season do the rest. 🌸
