FREE Nordic Walking Taster session

To celebrate World Nordic Walking day I am offering a range of Nordic walking events on the weekend of the 16th/17th May with a FREE taster session being one of them!

The session will last for 1 hour and include:

• A thorough history taking, including past and current health conditions, lifestyle factors and personal fitness goals
• An introduction to Nordic walking; including the history of the sport, the benefits and an introduction to the Nordic walking poles
• An in-depth lesson teaching you the Nordic walking technique and how to use the Nordic walking poles
• Time to practice the technique, discuss the differences between on and off road walking and for me to provide any additional technique advice as we go.

What to wear:

Comfortable footwear. Trainers or walking boots are best.Appropriate clothing for the weather
