About this Event
Do you set goals and forget about them after a few months? Have you been setting goals the wrong way this whole time? In this workshop, we are going to cover a powerful way to set your next goal that may be different than what you've been taught. Let’s get excited for the vision we have for ourselves in the coming year and clear away the things that could stop us before we even start!
What we’ll cover:
1. Goal Exercise - A more motivating way to set your goal than what you may have been taught
2. Mini-Lesson – the brain science that supports why Vision work works!
3. Visioning exercise – let’s get excited and get the details flowing!
4. Fear, doubts and limiting beliefs about your vision? – a coaching exercise to remove one thing that could hold you back
What you’ll need:
A pen and paper and an open mind ready to learn and explore what you want for yourself in the coming year.
What to expect:
You will not be talking directly with other attendees or required to be on camera, but it is preferred so the host can see you. You will be asked to engage through the chat box and share your goals and experience as we work through the exercises.
