WHO IS THE COURSE FOR? PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY!
This course is intended as an aftercare programme for those who have already received (or are currently receiving) some support around their chems. We ask all participants to be sober at the time of applying and for at least a month prior to the course commencing. We then invite you to continue taking a break from chems for the duration of the course.
If you're living with a mental health condition we ask that you have appropriate support in place around this when you apply.
You need to be able to attend all the sessions in-person and be able to commit to 20-30 minutes of daily meditation practice between sessions.
If your circumstances are different to those outlined above please contact mindfulness@ spectra-london.org.uk before purchasing a ticket on Eventbrite and will be happy to discuss your situation individually.
