About this Event

Our life is led by feelings and by inspiration, a role that belongs to the heart. When we listen to the heart and capture the inspiration that comes from within, we learn to master our life. The whole exercise of fine-tuning the heart with the mind is through meditation on the heart.

We call this Heartfulness.

The mission of Heartfulness is to facilitate an evolution of consciousness through the practice of heart-centered meditation. By regulating the mind through Heartfulness meditation, we reduce the negativity tendencies of the mind, including greed, envy, jealousy, and anger. Instead, we develop the capacity to be led by the qualities of the heart: love, compassion, empathy, and peace.

This heart-centered approach to life fosters a peaceful and unifying vision of global community. When an individual embarks on a journey of transformation, a ripple effect creates a far-reaching wave of positive change, making our world a better, brighter, and more harmonious place.
