IN JUNE: Nourish your soul and heal from the body up, as we share Movement Chefs’ treats. Nutrition Coach, Grace, will be bringing complimentary baked vegan goods to enjoy at the end of our somatic meditation. Yum!
What is Soul by the Sea?
Soul by the Sea is a mindful, heart-led circle where you’re invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and come home to yourself.
Through gentle movement, meditation, grounding practices, sound, posture, gesture, and freestyle dance, we help you reconnect with your body, heal old wounds, ignite your intuition, and rebuild your self-worth.
In a world that’s increasingly digital, disconnected, distracted, and disembodied, Soul by the Sea is something real - the human connection we are all craving.

We all grew up with societal stories, and many of those stories are no longer serving us or allowing us to live in alignment of who we are truly meant to be. This month, we shed those stories and wrote new ones, rooted in purpose, pleasure, and peace.

Getting there
You can park at the playground side of Hota lake, then walk halfway around the lake, to the south side.
What to bring
- Towel or yoga mat for beneath you
- Towel/blanket to wrap yourself
- Water
- Sunscreen
What to wear
Wear comfortable, breathable, light clothing that allows for easy movement and is suitable for both sitting and potential dance or gentle movements.
