Free Mat Pilates class at Urban Therapy Coffee

BODYBAR Pilates and Urban Therapy are excited to offer a pop-up mat Pilates class! Come and get a head-to-toe workout in just 50 minutes! This class will prep you for a Pilates reformer class and get the most out of your legs, arms, and abs with energizing variations of lunges, planks, pikes, crunches, and more.

This class is complimentary and starts at 6pm, so please arrive 10 minutes early for a smooth check-in and don’t forget to bring a mat, water, and an optional set of hand weights.

At the end of class, hang out and grab a drink, smoothie, or acai bowl and get a chance to sign up for a Free Pilates Reformer class at BODYBAR.
