Join me the first Monday of every month for a free Mama & Me Yoga Class wwith @Little Village 501 (c) 3 non profit at St Marks Episcopal Church! Y’all can bring your littles for some fun starting around 10am- Little Village is a wonderful resource for local parents. Mama & me yoga class starts a little after 11am. Please bring a mat or two and some smiles along, if you have them. If not, no worries- we have a few extra mats and always have extra smiles to share :-) 🌟
