These open community sessions are held every Thursday over summer. The intention is to share the things that have helped us in the hope that it helps other people too. Along the way we will share a little about life, a little about love and lots n lots of laughter.
We warmly invite you to join us and welcome the sharing of this invitation with others.

About Laughter Yoga
Laughter yoga is a practice that uses breathing, laughter and play exercises to improve health and wellbeing.
It's easy to do, lots of fun and amazingly good for you.

When: 6pm - 7pm Every Thursday during Summer
Where: Stirling Civic Gardens, 2 Cedric St, Stirling WA 6021
(The park is located across the road from the City of Stirling offices and a short walk from the Stirling Train Station. There is a car park on Ceric Street but no break in the island to turn right into it. We meet under the trees near the memorial in the middle of the park)
Cost: Free.
These sessions are completely free.
We want everyone to be able to attend.
If you like what we do, and want to help us share it with others, then you are welcome to make a donation. These may be through financial contribution on the day, help sharing and promoting or other energy exchange. Any funds raised help us to help disadvantaged and at risk people in the community.
Suitability: This session is open to everyone. It requires no previous skills or experience to attend. However, due to the uneven lawn area, the physicality of some exercises, and the intention of the space, it may not be suitable for some people. We also sometimes talk about more mature themes eg mental health. Please feel free to contact us should you have any concerns on whether this session is right for you.
We suggest bringing: A drink. A towel, blanket or something to lay on if we have time for a meditation at the end.
