Come join us for a rejuvenating session of yoga, breathwork, and meditation under the magical influence of the new moon. Connect with your inner self and the energy of nature in this serene beach setting. Let go of stress, breathe in positivity, and find your inner peace.

You can ask for Lauren upon arrival, Ill be leading the session and always love to meet new faces. If you are a new student please arrive a few minutes early to fill out an intake form.
