Free introduction to Zen Meditation!This introduction will include everything you need to get started with practising Zen. It will feature an informal talk, practical demonstrations, an opportunity to meditate and plenty of opportunity for questions and discussions.
We’ll be looking at what meditation is and how it’s practised within the Zen tradition. We’ll have practical posture instruction to help you sit with ease and find rest in a balanced posture that suits you. We’ll also look at embarking upon a daily practice and tips for how you can get started practising at home.
