Free Health Fair: Mammograms, Eye Exams, Prostate, Heart, Diabetes & Kidney

Join us for a Free Community Health Fair on June 6 from 11 AM–5 PM!

Get important health screenings all in one place, including mammograms, eye exams, prostate screenings, HIV & syphilis testing, A1C diabetes screening, kidney health screening, cholesterol/lipid panel, inflammation screening, Lipoprotein(a), and Alzheimer’s-related pTau 217 screening for ages 50–85.

Eye exams are available for babies 6 months and older, children, and adults. Free glasses may be available for those who qualify.
