This training offers a practical, peer-informed look at how trauma impacts individuals and pathways to healing. Topics include Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), the trauma–addiction cycle, trauma-informed care principles, complex behavioral considerations, and the importance of self-care. Participants will leave with real-world insights and tools grounded in lived experience.
