Our Breaking Barriers, Building Balance session combines strength, cardio, and balance exercises with modifications provided for every participant. Whether you’re new to fitness, getting back on track, or looking to push your limits, this class is built to keep you motivated, inspired, and accountable in a fun and supportive environment.
Together, we’ll focus on breaking through personal barriers and creating balance, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Expect an empowering workout that meets you where you are and encourages you to grow stronger with every move.
