🎬🎤 Grease is the Word!🎤🎬This September, come back to Rydell High ready to rule the school. Join us on The Croft, Coleshill as we roll back the years with a singalong screening of the iconic film 'Grease'!
🎥 Film Screening: 7 - 9 pm 🎥
We've got a whopping screen with powerful speakers coming to give you a night at the movies you'll never forget! Sing and dance along with the hits - will you be a Summer Lovin' belter or a Beauty School Dropout?
The film has a PG rating, children are welcome to attend with their adults. Bring a camping chair or picnic blanket, and something warm to put on - you'd be amazed at how cold you can get in the English summer nights.
🍹 Food & Drink Stalls 🍿
Bring your own picnic or grab a treat from local vendors. Retro popcorn and candyfloss is a must! Bar by the fabulous Jockeys Rest (and there's rumours of a themed cocktail or two...)
🕺 Retro Dance Party 🪩
Learn the Rockabilly Stroll or freestyle your way into the night! We're dancing to rock'n'roll classics before the film, and disco hits after the film.
Rockabilly Dance Workshop is led by Strictly Jitterbug around 6.30pm. See you on our checkered dance floor!
📸 Photobooth 🖼️
Stop by our photobooth and grab some props from the film!
You can get a digital copy sent to your email and we might also show it up on the big screen...
There's a printer as part of the photobooth so you can take home a memento of your fab look!
🥎Activity Stalls🔮
Try your hand at some vintage fairground entertainment!
🎭 Prizes for Best Costume 🥸
Are you headed for your high school prom, 1956 in poodle skirts and hair bows? Or perhaps you've got your leather jacket (with the collar popped!) ready to show the guys you mean business...
Either way, stop by the photo booth to get your picture taken to enter. Dogs and Humans (both mini and maxi) are welcome.
Prizes will be given in the following two categories:
- Best Individual Costume
- Best Couple / Group Costume (2-5 people)
Winners announced as soon as the film finishes.
So get your glad rags on and get down to the croft for a night we'll never forget! Bring your friends, family, and best singing voice for a night of fun, food, and fantastic entertainment!
