The UK wastes around 9.52 million tonnes of food each year, costing the average household up to £1,000. Unsustainable practices in how we buy, store and consume food are hurting the planet and our wallets.
That's why on Monday 18 August, the North London Waste Authority will be coming to Jean Stokes in the Cally to run one of our Bin Less Save More workshops!
Come and join the session with an afternoon of helpful tips and tricks on how to reduce the amount of food waste you produce, some goal-setting and a cooking demonstration with a free meal of plenty of delicious waste-free food for you to try.
