About this Event
As part of Refugee Week, Bath Welcomes Refugees invites you to a community screening of the acclaimed film Dreamers.
Set within a UK immigration removal centre, the film follows Isio, a young Nigerian migrant whose freedom is under threat as she navigates the uncertainty and violence of detention. In confinement, she forms a powerful connection with another woman, and together they begin to imagine a future beyond the fences.
Dreamers is a moving and deeply human story about resilience, solidarity, friendship and love in the face of institutional control. The film offers a powerful reflection on migration, dignity and the strength of human connection.
Join us for an evening of film and collective reflection as part of this year’s Refugee Week programme in Bath.
