Drop-in Community Yoga! Join us at 6pm on TUESDAYS this summer (June 2 through August 25) on the hill of Tunnel Park, Holland, MI for an all-level Body Soul Flow Yoga, while you enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Michigan and breathe in the fresh air! No “yoga” experience is needed. Just come, move, and breathe together. It is super trauma informed, deliciously soulful, absolutely anatomically make-sense! It will stir up all parts of you for transformation without geting your systmes overwhelmed! If you are an experienced yogis, let's go deeper into the practice.Grab a mat, water bottle, towel, and maybe a friend or two.
