December 2024 NEW MOON Yoga Breathwork Meditation

Location: 79th Street and Collins Ave - BEACH Entrance - To The RIGHT
Come join us to check in with yourself, set intentions and join like minded community.
Guided gentle beginner yoga, calming breathwork, and ease into deep meditation with tibetan singing bowls . The beach offers a perfect setting with fresh air and the sounds of the beach soothe you. Aiming to relax the physical body and regulate the mental body to allow deeper union of self.
Breathe in balance and let go of stress.
You can ask for Lauren upon arrival, Ill be leading the session and always love to meet new faces. If you are a new student please arrive a few minutes early to fill out an intake form.
