What is CPR?

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation or CPR is an emergency procedure which is done in order to provide artificial ventilation by giving chest compressions. In case if a person is not able to breathe properly or is unconscious then CPR is given to that person. In case of an emergency, the person giving the CPR becomes the ultimate life support system for the one who is facing difficulty in breathing or is unconscious.
