About this Event
The ACNC Wellness & Opportunity Center provides programs and educational opportunities for our members and the community.
This FREE event is going to be offered monthly at our ACNC Wellness & Opportunity Center. Carrie Myers, a local Asheville yoga instructor well-versed in Vinyasa, Yin, Alignment, Meditation, Karma Yoga, and more, will lead you into a morning of breathwork, meditation and yoga.
EVERY 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month, unless center is closed.
March 11th - June 10th, Carrie is offering a JOURNEY THROUGH THE CHAKRAS - THE SACRED 7
The center provides water and a calm, quiet, air conditioned (or heated in winter) yoga space!
Please PARK IN UPPER PARKING LOT & ENTER DOORS.
TIME: 10:30AM-11:30AM
Kids 7+ are welcome to join. Younger kids can play in our kids room equipped with toys, a chalk wall, coloring books, books and Disney plus.
