Enjoy a free, slow-paced, beginner-friendly hatha yoga class. Learn yoga postures and pranayama techniques (breathing exercises) to cultivate a harmonious sense of vitality, steadiness and calm.
Offered complimentary by new community yoga teachers to develop their teaching style and skills.
Everyone and all levels are welcome. Come and try yoga and get a feel for the studio.
Please book ahead and bring a yoga mat, as we don't have them available for borrowing. Arrival is 15 minutes prior, as classes will start on time and doors will close. If you can't attend, please cancel ahead of time in respect for the teacher.
