🏋‍♀️ About Get Fit with Gina (Instructor) Introducing Get Fit with Gina - a certified personal trainer and coach at Blueprint Fitness in Murfreesboro. She coaches small group training classes that focus on strength + mobility training especially for beginners + older adults. She leads a beginner walk/running group that is open to the public. She also has experience with running + teaching Zumba. Her passion is to impact others with her love of fitness + share ways that everyone (all ages, abilities and even with injury) can include fitness in their life.
