Free Comic Book Day is the comic book specialty market’s annual global celebration, where participating comic shops give away comic books absolutely free to customers*. Traditionally held on the first Saturday in May, it’s a must‑visit event for comic fans of all ages.On Saturday 2nd May, visit your local Forbidden Planet or Worlds Apart store to take part. This year, we’re excited to be offering not only Free Comic Book Day titles, but also a selection of comics from Comics Giveaway Day, giving fans even more fantastic free reads.
Standing order customers will receive exclusive early entry, with access to the event 30 minutes before the store officially opens.
